Refund Policy

SponsorRead Pro is a subscription ($12/month). If it isn't right for you, here is how refunds and cancellations work.

14-day refund on your first payment

If you request a refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment, we will refund it in full. No questions asked.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial periods or renewals after the 14-day window, but if something went wrong, contact us and we will look at it case by case.

How to request a refund

Email brandlist1@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

You can cancel from your account page or through the link in your Paddle receipt email.
