Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SponsorRead (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What SponsorRead is

SponsorRead is a directory of brands that run paid influencer/creator sponsorships — what they sell, the kind of deals they run, links to real sponsored posts as evidence, and how to reach them. Listings are researched and verified by hand. We do not run, broker, or guarantee any deal between you and a listed brand — we simply help you find who to pitch.

2. Accounts

You need an account to save brands or subscribe to Pro. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. One account is for one person — don't share logins, and don't create an account on behalf of a business you don't represent.

3. Free plan and Pro subscription

The free plan gives you a preview of the directory. The Pro subscription ($12/month, unless a different price is shown at checkout) unlocks the full directory, including brand contact details and proof links.

Pro is billed on a recurring basis through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. That means Lemon Squeezy, not SponsorRead, is the seller of record on your receipt, handles payment processing, and collects/remits any sales tax or VAT due. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or through the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email — you'll keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods, but reach out to brandlist1@gmail.com if something went wrong and we'll look at it case by case.

4. Directory accuracy — no guarantee

We verify each listing by hand and show when it was last checked, but brands change their programs, contacts, and policies without telling us. Listings are provided for research purposes only. We don't guarantee that any brand will respond to you, offer you a deal, honor a rate, or that a contact, link, or program is still active at the moment you view it. Always confirm current details directly with the brand before relying on them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-export the directory by automated means;
• Resell, redistribute, or share paid-tier content with people who aren't Pro subscribers;
• Share your account login with anyone else;
• Use brand contact information for anything other than genuine partnership outreach — no spam, no unrelated marketing, and you must comply with applicable anti-spam law (e.g. CAN-SPAM) in anything you send; or
• Use the Service to build a competing directory.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The directory's compilation, verification notes, design, and code are owned by SponsorRead (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright. Individual facts about public brands aren't ours to own, but you may not copy or republish the compiled directory itself, in whole or in large part, without permission.

7. Third-party links

Proof links, contact URLs, and program pages point to third-party sites and social platforms we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data once you leave SponsorRead.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, SponsorRead isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with any brand you found through it — including a brand not paying, not responding, or misrepresenting its program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing brandlist1@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If we make a material change, we'll post a notice on the site and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
